Summary : Iran has not received any request from Iraq to supply army with weapons but would be ready to do so if asked. The arms that Iraq needs to conduct an effective fight against terrorism will be provided by Iran. Iran also said that "What has happened in Iraq recently is clearly a result of foreign meddling, a plan by the United States."
Persuasive : President George Bush was triggered war because he wants to defeat Sadam Hossein. By doing this, Someone insists that US get a huge amount of oil from Iraq's oil field. But, this is only a hypothesis. Iran wants to help Iraq to struggle with US.

Persuasive : I am now researching the SOFC, and it is also a alternative energy source. By applying the solar panel to rooftop in rural area of Iran, they could solve the electricity problem and also can be used as a symbol of efforts.

Summary : US wants Iran to stop developing nuclear weapon. So they banned all kind of nuclear material bring inside the Iran. Iranian officials have stated repeatedly and unambiguously that they have no intention of build nuclear weapon.
Persuasive : US always wants other countries not to have a nuclear bomb. But US themselves having bomb. It is really contradictory thing. Iran wants to fulfill the civil needs to generate electricity by nuclear power. US must concern about this.
